This will allow you to learn the business from the ground up and understand how it impacts your professional career.### **Responsibilities** **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Management Trainee, you will have the ability to make your own decisions that will affect both your career and your team. You will gradually gain responsibility as you grow within the company, enabling you to develop and maintain our business relationships. You will manage costs and interpret your office's profit and loss statement, allowing you to create strategies to improve your office's financial performance. We will teach you how to communicate, influence, and interact effectively with all types of customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You will learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and how to resolve potential team conflicts. You will understand the importance of delivering exceptional service, which will directly impact your office's results. During your development to become a successful manager at Enterprise, you will learn how to lead, manage, and train your team. Some of the responsibilities include:* Working towards achieving established individual and office goals and KPIs. * Learning how the mobility services market operates. * Managing rental contracts and reservations. * Participating in the management of the office’s sales. * Checking vehicle conditions upon delivery and return. * Developing business relationships with dealerships, repair shops, and other local businesses. * Understanding the management of the office's profit and loss account. ### **Qualifications** **What are we looking for in you?*** Preferably experience in customer service and commercial orientation. * Completed university degree. * Flexibility to work weekends and/or rotating shifts. * Essential B2 level of English. * Driver's license held for at least one year. * EU residency permit. * Geographic mobility – the company will provide a comprehensive relocation package linked to your future promotion. **What do we offer you?*** Permanent contract. * Initial salary 22K-24K gross (salary range of 40K-50K and company vehicle as Branch Manager within approximately 2 years under the career plan) * Fast salary growth and an attractive benefits package. * Personalized career plan with continuous training. * Mentorship program to ensure your professional development. * Fun, inclusive, and multicultural environment. * 25 working days of vacation. **Additional Information** Do you have doubts about the requirements?
