Job Summary: Development of building projects, including renovation, rehabilitation, and new residential construction across all stages of architectural design. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office, with valuable skills in Photoshop and CE3X Building project development: renovation, rehabilitation, and new construction—primarily residential. Execution of tasks across all architectural project phases: preliminary design, basic design, executive design, and construction supervision. * Minimum 2 years of experience; prior work in an architectural office developing residential architecture projects required. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office, Photoshop (valuable), CE3X (valuable), structural calculation knowledge (valuable) * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Part-time schedule (5 hours \- per working day) * Gross monthly salary: 1038 * Additional relevant information: Maternity and leave substitution.
