From **Commonsense**, we are seeking a **Drafter** to join a professional civil engineering firm specializing in public works, architecture, urban planning, land use planning, construction, and services. **Your mission within the team will be:** * Interpret, design, and prepare drawings, elevations, views, and details for various projects. * Conduct on-site measurements, take-offs, perform simple calculations, and prepare budgets. * Work with CAD and BIM software, as well as 2D and 3D design tools and modeling software for rendering. * Support the preparation of technical reports and documentation. * Manage and organize project documentation in accordance with established processes and standards. * Collaborate with the technical team in project development and monitoring. **What do we offer?** * Immediate incorporation. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:30; Friday, 8:00–14:00. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A positive work environment within a young and dynamic team. **What are we looking for?** * Education in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Construction Projects, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Prior experience is not mandatory, though experience in a similar role will be valued. * Proficiency in CAD and BIM software, as well as knowledge of 2D/3D design, calculation, and budgeting. * A dynamic, proactive, responsible, organized, and creative individual. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. * Comprehensive understanding of the construction process and familiarity with its various phases and components. **If you believe this is your moment, don’t hesitate: apply now and become part of a stable project offering training and opportunities for professional growth.**
