You are solution-oriented, possess sound technical judgment and practical orientation, and can balance regulatory requirements with operational proximity and effective dialogue across all organizational levels. **Our core values are:** **Integrity** **– Teamwork** **– Positive & Passionate Attitude** **– Innovation** **– Pursuit of Excellence** **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement, manage, and maintain the company’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Conduct and update risk assessments and preventive planning. * Coordinate and supervise preventive activities at plants and workstations. * Manage training and information dissemination related to OHS. * Coordinate business activities and oversee external service providers. * Manage and investigate accidents and incidents. * Participate in and coordinate internal and external audits. * Develop, update, and control preventive procedures, instructions, and documentation. * Monitor and analyze OHS-related KPIs. * Coordinate with External Prevention Services and respond to labor inspections. * Actively participate in the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives and foster a preventive culture across the organization. **Requirements:** University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced Technical Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety covering all three specialties. Up-to-date knowledge of occupational safety and health legislation. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within industrial environments. Experience in implementing and maintaining preventive management systems. Experience in legal and ISO 45001 audits, labor inspections, and business coordination. Ability to manage demanding operational environments with high interaction on the shop floor.
