**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Perform repairs and diagnostics on agricultural equipment (tractors, harvesting and cultivation equipment, precision agriculture equipment, etc.), as well as corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment.
* Configure and prepare new or used equipment, ensuring optimal delivery to the customer.
* Complete administrative reports and documentation corresponding to each workshop task (work order, technical communication with manufacturers, time sheet, etc.).
* Comply with established safety regulations for all tasks.

* Organize, plan, and supervise daily workshop activities, optimizing available human and technical resources.
* Coordinate and lead the mechanics team, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and quality-oriented work environment.
* Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders to ensure adherence to established deadlines.
* Provide technical support to the team in complex diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Ensure repair, maintenance, and preparation quality for both new and used equipment.
* Monitor workshop performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, billing, response time, etc.).
* Guarantee compliance with brand procedures and company quality standards.
* Maintain smooth communication with customers, informing them of repair status and ensuring excellent service.
* Coordinate with spare parts, administration, and sales departments to guarantee comprehensive service.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and facility order.
* Participate in the technical training and development of the team.
