As part of the **Autonomous Aerial Mobility** team, based at the City of ICT (A Coruña), you will have the opportunity to lead the technical definition of hardware solutions for drones and advanced sensing systems, ensuring every development meets specific customer requirements, project goals, and technological challenges. **️ Daily Challenges** * Lead the technical definition of hardware solutions for UAS/RPAS platforms. * Analyze customer and project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and product architectures. * Define and oversee electronic system development from the conceptual phase through final validation. * Design and review schematics and PCBs. * Lead the integration of sensors, communication systems, and payloads onto unmanned aerial platforms. * Technically coordinate multidisciplinary teams across electronics, software, mechanics, etc. * Evaluate innovative technologies, components, and solutions to ensure continuous technological evolution of ITG’s proprietary platforms. * Supervise the construction, integration, and validation of electronic prototypes. * Participate in laboratory testing, flight campaigns, and technical demonstrations with customers and technology partners. * Serve as a technical reference within the team, promoting best practices in design and development. **What We Expect From Your Profile** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. * Proven experience in electronic hardware design and development. * Experience designing PCBs and capturing schematics using Altium Designer. * Solid knowledge of digital, analog, power electronics, and embedded systems. * Experience with microcontrollers, communication buses, and electronic data acquisition systems. * Experience defining hardware architectures and developing complex technological products. * Ability to identify functional requirements and convert them into viable technical solutions. * Experience technically coordinating projects or multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of mechanical design and CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks. **️ We Especially Value** * Experience in the drone and autonomous systems sector. * Knowledge of sensor and navigation system integration. * Experience in power electronics and control systems. * Participation in R\+D\+i projects. * Experience in product industrialization, BOM optimization, and collaboration with manufacturers. * Prior experience in roles such as Technical Leader, Technology Owner, or Product Technical Manager. **Conditions** * **Contribution** to industry and society through technological innovation. * Joining a highly positive **work environment**, featuring continuous learning and **professional development**, with freedom of choice and autonomy in executing your work, and participation in solutions that deliver real societal impact. * We will define your **economic proposal** together with you, based on your capabilities and impact on the team, starting from an indefinite contract with a 6-month probationary period. * **Work-life balance and flexibility**.
