As a Senior Developer, you will join the Customer Experience Unit. Within the Customer Experience Unit, we focus on creating, developing, and expanding all types of digital channels and customer management applications for enterprises, covering the full lifecycle of any digital initiative in areas such as customer and employee experience, marketing, data and analytics, or integration. Our clients include large enterprises across sectors such as Telecom, Insurance, Banking, Industry, Tourism, Energy & Utilities, as well as the Public Sector. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? You will be responsible for performing technical tasks—including analysis, design, coding, and testing of complex programs and/or processes—based on functional and/or technical specifications defined by analysts or architects, ensuring operation within planned timelines. You will produce technical design and documentation, as well as user manuals, adhering to the established methodology and based on functional and technical design. You will carry out program coding and customization of required tools. You will support the design and preparation of data for testing and training environments, as well as integration testing, ensuring quality control of documentation and developed programs. You will review continuous integration reports and make necessary corrections to ensure maximum code quality. You will perform tasks and analyses on low-complexity projects. You will inform the Analyst and/or Project Manager about any risks, incidents, or obstacles affecting project quality. Corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance. Integration tasks.
