We are seeking an Online Business Developer with strategic vision and results orientation to join our digital team. You will work directly with the online area manager to drive business growth through digital channels and major marketplaces, actively contributing to the expansion and profitability of the company’s online business. What will be your main responsibilities? * End-to-end management of marketplace accounts (Seller/Vendor Central or equivalents): oversee and manage daily account operations (inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback). * Definition and execution of channel-specific commercial strategies. * Catalog optimization: listings, internal SEO, A+ content, keywords, and categorization. * Planning of promotional campaigns and commercial activations (deals, flash sales, etc.). * Pricing, margin, and competitiveness management. * Inventory control and demand forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstock. * KPI monitoring: GMV, conversion rate, traffic, Buy Box, ROAS, margin, etc. * Inventory control and demand forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstock. * Performance analysis and proposal of continuous improvement action plans. * Management of operational incidents and liaison with marketplace account managers. * Coordination with internal teams—logistics, marketing, finance, and customer service—to ensure aligned execution of the digital strategy. What do you need? * Higher education: (Vocational Training/Degree/Bachelor’s or Master’s) in e-commerce, marketing, or marketplaces. * Experience: minimum 2–3 years’ demonstrable experience on Amazon (experience on other platforms is valued). Experience managing large-scale catalogs via feeds. * Proficiency with tools such as Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Mirakl, ChannelEngine, ShoppingFeed, Lengow, or similar. Shopify experience is a plus. * Knowledge of digital analytics and advanced Excel. * Familiarity with retail media / onsite advertising (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, etc.). * Languages: Catalan and Spanish, plus advanced English. * Affinity for fashion and design of Toni Pons footwear and accessories.
