You will join our maintenance team to ensure that our production facilities operate safely, efficiently, and without interruption. Your role will be key to ensuring the proper functioning of general services and critical systems across our plants. You will participate in important tasks such as: * Performing maintenance on electrical systems, water pumps, boilers, air extractors, gas drainage systems, vacuum systems, and industrial refrigeration systems. * Installing and maintaining Fixed Fire Protection Systems. * Preparing reports and documenting completed tasks using the company’s IT tools. * Identifying, preventing, and alerting!!!!!!! about any risk situation that could cause accidents or damage to facilities. * Collaborating with Continuous Improvement Circles by contributing suggestions and participating in action plans. You will work in a technical, rigorous environment focused on constant improvement. What qualities do we value in you? We are looking for a methodical, solution-oriented person capable of making autonomous decisions. We would like you to bring: * Training in electricity and/or mechanics. * Additional training in boilers and industrial refrigeration. * Residence near Vic (maximum 30 minutes’ commute). * Adaptability, responsibility, and initiative in resolving incidents. * Prior experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of safety regulations and risk prevention protocols.
