It combines strong commercial responsibilities, demanding operational management, and, ultimately, building and leading a local team. **Evolving Responsibilities in Two Phases.** **Phase 1: Commercial Development and Incident Management** * Taking over and upgrading existing operations. * Managing the existing portfolio of rental units in Alicante. * Fully updating all files (owners, units, tenants, contracts). * Managing incidents and securing processes. * Ensuring service continuity and management quality. * Developing the commercial activity in the Alicante area. * Actively prospecting new owners and new rental units. Expanding the managed rental portfolio. * Close coordination between commercial activities and rental management to ensure healthy, controlled growth. * Establishing an efficient local organization. **Phase 2: Building and Leading the Alicante Team** * Recruiting future site staff. * Managing, organizing, and upskilling the team. * Structuring roles, methods, and performance indicators. **Profile** * Multilingual: Native Spanish or C2 level minimum; French and/or English at B2 level minimum. * Experience: Ideally from the real estate sector.
