We seek a meat industry operator with experience in handling fresh products. Main responsibilities include calibration and selection of casings according to product type and desired cut. The operator will also be responsible for machinery control to ensure proper operation and maintenance. Additionally, the operator will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, ensuring a safe and efficient environment. Other duties inherent to production roles within a meat processing company will also be performed. The position is full-time, with an 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Friday, during morning shift. Working hours will be between 07:00 and 15:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Experience in a meat processing company. * We seek an organized and versatile person. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage.
