Salary Negotiable according to evaluation Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Indefinite Description The selected candidate will join our delegation in Vic to carry out the following tasks: - Organize preventive maintenance based on Work Orders for production machinery and facilities. - Organize necessary corrective maintenance (based on WO's) for the proper functioning of equipment and installations from the standpoint of personal safety, product safety, and production within Ferrer's workplaces. - Design and develop improvement tasks and/or modifications that enhance workplace safety, increase productivity, and reduce recurring failures. - Organize mandatory maintenance with legal implications as required by industrial safety regulations to be performed periodically on installations and equipment at Ferrer centers. - Contract external providers and supervise the proper execution and completion of work carried out by external parties. - Execute and ensure the implementation of specific cleaning plans for their work area. Carry out regular duties in compliance with food hygiene standards, maintenance procedures, and established standards at Ferrer (IFS, ISO). - Collaborate in the development of the CMMS maintenance management system. Use and ensure usage of the CMMS, analyze data and reports from the CMMS system to propose modifications to maintenance plans and their management. - Monitor, control, and act upon the correct temperature status (Scada Mapex) of rooms and refrigerated chambers. - Prepare maintenance cost and expense reports and review them with the Maintenance Manager. - Place technical material purchase orders for the Maintenance department, control and manage delivery notes and invoices from suppliers within their area of responsibility. Publication Date 24/11/2025 Requirements Education Medium or higher degree in maintenance Valued Requirements Essential - Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in maintenance-related tasks. - Training in Medium or Higher Degree in the field of maintenance. - Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity. - Responsible, dynamic, problem-solving individual with ability to work in a team. Other Requirements - Class B driver's license and own vehicle. - Residence in the Osona region.
