Job Summary: We are seeking a lifeguard to supervise and monitor swimming pools, prevent risks, intervene in emergencies, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for customers. Customer service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience At Alannia Resorts, a leading vacation and camping resort chain in Spain, we are looking to hire a lifeguard for our Alannia Neptuno team (Pals, Girona). Responsibilities: * Active supervision and monitoring of swimming pools and aquatic areas * Risk prevention and compliance with safety protocols * Immediate intervention in emergency situations * Application of first aid techniques and CPR * Customer service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience * Capacity control and enforcement of facility usage rules * Collaboration in maintaining order and cleanliness of the area Requirements: * Valid official Aquatic Lifeguard certification * Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (CPR) * Prior experience in a similar position (preferred) * Strong sense of responsibility and ability to respond quickly * Communication skills and customer orientation * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Position Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract Salary: 1\.300,00€\-1\.500,00€ per month Work Location: On-site employment
