We are currently recruiting a **Kitchen Assistant** to join the kitchen team of our **Nautic Park Hotel**, located in **Castell\-Platja d’Aro**. **Responsibilities:** * Support in ingredient preparation and basic cooking tasks. * Assistance to the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. * Preparation of mise en place for buffet service. * Cleaning and organizing utensils, cold rooms, and work areas. * Receiving and storing goods. * Restocking buffet items under supervision. * Compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations. * General support to the team to ensure smooth service delivery. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant**. * Experience in holiday hotels or buffet settings is desirable. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Active, organized individual with a positive attitude. * Ability to work collaboratively and under high-pressure conditions. * Flexible availability. * Residence in Platja d’Aro or nearby areas. **Conditions:** * **Temporary** contract * Full-time position. * Positive working environment.
