Currently, we are seeking **Geriatric Care Assistants for night shifts** at our residence located in **Mataró.** **Responsibilities:** * Continuous and direct care of residents (hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance, and other activities of daily living). * Collaboration with the center’s healthcare staff and all professionals. **We offer:** * **Temporary replacement** contract. * Full-time schedule. * Weekly schedule: **short/long shift** from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday). * Collective agreement salary: **€1,424.50 gross/month** \+ night shift and temporary replacement allowances. * Option for additional **allowances**: attendance at training sessions, on-site presence, availability, team reference role, etc. **Requirements:** * One of the following qualifications is mandatory: * Technician in Care for Dependent Persons or Technician in Socio-Healthcare. * Technician in Auxiliary Nursing Care, Clinical Auxiliary Technician, Psychiatric Auxiliary Technician, or Nursing Auxiliary Technician. * Vocational Qualification Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Vocational Qualification Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Persons at Home. * Experience in residences, hospitals, or home care is valued. **Benefits:** * Meals provided by the company. * Uniform provided. * Training program. **If your vocation is caring for the well-being of elderly people, if you are an empathetic, committed person eager to help others, we are waiting for you!**
