Your Mission We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team as part of the department’s expansion, with the goal of ensuring compliance with food quality and safety standards across the entire production process. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet current regulations and internal standards, directly contributing to our customers’ trust. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? * Conduct on-site inspections and supervise compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Monitor and verify production processes according to quality standards. * Manage records and documentation of the quality management system (HACCP, traceability, etc.). * Coordinate\-with production to implement improvements and corrective actions. * Manage quality incidents and track their resolution. What Are We Looking For? * Education in Food Science and Technology, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Nutrition or related field. * Prior experience in quality departments, preferably within the food industry. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (HACCP). * A rigorous, organized individual with strong analytical skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and excellent communication skills.
