At COMMONSENSE, we are selecting, for an established industrial group, a Human Resources and Recruitment Technician to join their team at their Girona office. The selected candidate will be part of the Human Resources department and will play an active role in managing and developing the organization's people. We are seeking a profile with experience in recruitment and a cross-functional perspective on Human Resources, who wishes to continue growing professionally within an industrial environment closely aligned with the business. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both operational and technical profiles. * Collaborate with managers of various teams to identify their staffing needs. * Participate in onboarding and integration processes for new hires. * Support managers in the day-to-day management of their teams. * Participate in various projects and initiatives led by the Human Resources department. * Collaborate on activities related to training, development, and talent management. * Contribute to improving and implementing Human Resources processes. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Employment with an established industrial company in the Girona area. * A stable position with career progression and opportunities for professional development. * A dynamic work environment closely aligned with the business. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or a related field. * Approximately 4\-5 years of experience in a similar role. * Solid experience in personnel recruitment. * Prior experience in either recruitment consulting or in-house HR departments will be valued. * Interest in performing a Human Resources function closely aligned with the business and teams. * Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
