We are recruiting a Morning Shift Supervisor for a leading food industry company located in the Taradell area. Reporting directly to Production Management, your main mission will be to lead the morning shift team, ensuring machinery and production targets operate like Swiss clockwork. We seek a true reference point for operators—someone capable of adapting swiftly to changes in production demand. Your main responsibilities will include: * Leadership and coordination: Supervise the morning shift team, manage attendance, assign tasks, and maintain fluid communication. * Production control: Ensure compliance with production plans, both in volume and in the company’s high quality standards. * Food safety: Rigorously enforce gluten-free protocols and allergen control. * Incident resolution: Manage any line disruptions, ensure basic machine maintenance, and report directly to management. * Continuous improvement: Monitor production line performance and propose improvement actions. Requirements * Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education * Preferred: Specific training in Food Technology, Industrial Production, or similar fields. + Prior experience working in gluten-free environments or with strict allergen management. + Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies or continuous improvement processes. + Ability to work in demanding production environments with variable output volumes. * Requirements: - A proactive, results-oriented attitude with strong autonomous problem-solving skills. * Essential: To fit this profile, you must meet the following criteria: + Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or Foreman in the food industry. + Competencies: Demonstrable leadership and production team management capability. + Flexibility: Adaptability and flexibility in working hours to cope with workload peaks or scheduling changes. + Availability: Immediate start.
