




We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) / Internal Sales Executive whose main focus will be managing and commercially developing our customer portfolio from the office, overseeing the complete sales cycle (prospecting, follow-up, closing), while also collaborating with external sales teams (OSR) and other departments (logistics, customer service). This role will be key in achieving the "inside" sales channel targets, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and contributing to profitable and scalable business growth. Main Responsibilities * Make outbound (and take inbound, if applicable) calls for prospecting and customer follow-up, particularly within the SME / distributor / reseller segment, depending on the channel. * Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring customer retention, growth opportunities, and profitability per client. * Collaborate with the sales team in defining joint strategies for customer acquisition and account growth. * Create and update opportunities in the CRM (lead tracking, conversions, monthly forecast). * Conduct product presentations, demonstrations (virtual or in-person), and prepare commercial proposals, providing technical support when necessary. * Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts in line with the company's pricing and margin policies. * Collaborate with marketing by providing market feedback, identifying product needs, and supporting continuous improvement of the sales process. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product catalog and competitors' offerings. Required Profile Education and Experience: * Minimum education: Medium or higher vocational training degree * At least 2 years of previous experience in internal sales / inside sales, preferably in industrial or distribution sectors. * Strong negotiation skills and results orientation. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work towards targets and within multidisciplinary teams. * Commercial analysis capabilities, ability to organize one's portfolio and weekly planning. * Advanced proficiency in office software (especially Excel and Outlook) and experience with management systems (ERP and CRM). * Minimum B2 level in English is highly valued. * Must reside in the area near La Garriga.
