Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive operator for the meat industry, with experience in handling, packaging, quality control, and equipment cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling, packaging, and labeling of meat products. 2. Quality control and compliance with hygiene regulations. 3. Operation of machinery specific to the meat industry. Meat industry operator position in Riudellots de la Selva. Candidates will perform product handling tasks: cutting, preparing, and handling meat pieces according to the production process. This also includes packaging and labeling, sealing bags, and applying correct labels. Machinery used includes knives, heat sealers, sausage fillers, slicers, and cleaning equipment. In addition, quality control is conducted by inspecting product condition, verifying labels, and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations. Cleaning of machinery, surfaces, and production areas is also required, along with other duties inherent to the role. The contract is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, morning shift from 06:30 to 14:30, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Personal vehicle required. Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
