DESCRIPTION
**Environmental Supervisor**

Eosol Group is looking for an **Environmental Supervisor** to join our team on an exciting photovoltaic project in the **Girona** area. This temporary position, with an estimated duration of 4 to 5 months, is ideal for a professional with solid experience in environmental supervision and management on construction sites.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **On-site environmental supervision:** Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations and established environmental management plans during project execution.
* **Management of environmental plans:** Develop, implement, and supervise project-specific environmental management plans, including waste management, erosion control, and fauna and flora management plans, among others.
* **Monitoring and follow-up of incidents:** Identify, record, analyze, and propose solutions for any environmental incidents arising during construction.
* **Coordination with teams and subcontractors:** Maintain smooth and effective communication with site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure correct implementation of environmental measures.
* **Audits and documentation:** Conduct periodic environmental audits, prepare monitoring reports, and maintain all required documentation up-to-date and well-organized.
**Job Requirements:**
* University degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Agronomy, or a related field; or a Higher Technical Diploma in Environmental Management.
* Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years performing duties similar to those described.
* Prior experience in environmental management of photovoltaic plants or similar renewable energy projects.
* Availability for geographical mobility within the project area.
* Valid driver's license.
* 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training course.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of environmental legislation applicable to construction and renewable energy projects.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proactivity and attention to detail.
