Indefinite full-time employment contract Sa\&Bo, the group comprising the iconic brands Sant Antoni Pastissers and Forn Boix, is looking to hire a Bakery Assistant for its production facilities located in Cassà de la Selva, Girona. The purpose of this position is to train in the master baker craft, ensure excellent execution of bread and pastry processes, and consistently uphold the quality and safety standards that define our company. Work schedule is night shifts with one and a half days off per week. Production: Prepare and produce bread and pastry items strictly following recipes and instructions from the Head Baker. Technical Control: Monitor baking times, precise weighing of ingredients, and final quantities. Machinery Operation: Correctly operate technical equipment and specialized bakery tools. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace, rigorously adhering to current hygiene and sanitation regulations. Internal Logistics: Collaborate in preparing orders for retail points or distributors and ensure daily production flow. Incident Management: Detect anomalies in the production process and report them effectively to supervisors. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in bread-making or similar fields is preferred; kitchen experience is a plus. * Competencies / Knowledge: Proactivity and positive attitude. * Driving License: B * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time schedule
