**POSITION** We are looking for an architect or engineer with experience in industrial and logistics construction projects to join our team as a **Construction Manager** for the company's projects within Catalonia**.** As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project with a focus on achieving profitability goals, quality standards, meeting client requirements, and complying with company policies and regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Execute assigned portions of the project within your unit/department according to established procedures, facilitating adherence to deadlines and coordinating necessary resources (human and material), while driving significant improvements to the project. \- Responsible for the execution of construction contracts. Plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure construction works are completed on time, to specification, and within budget. \- Key functions: * Manage contracts and obtain required permits and licenses * Prepare budget estimates, plan, and define construction phases * Supervise subcontractor activities and subordinate or labor personnel, verify progress achieved and work quality throughout all project stages. **PROFILE** * Engineer or architect with over **7 years of experience** in construction execution and 4 years in industrial warehouse or logistics platform construction projects; dynamic individual with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. * **Essential experience in the logistics and industrial construction sector.** * Experience interacting with clients and suppliers, and in coordination and monitoring of industrial construction projects. * Proficient in Office suite and AutoCAD.
