Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect professional for architectural project development, construction site management, and safety and health coordination in Melilla. Key Responsibilities: 1. Architectural project development and construction site management 2. Safety and health coordination in buildings 3. Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and experience in quantity surveying (Presto/Arquímedes) We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join our team in Melilla. Main responsibilities will include architectural project development, on-site execution management of construction works, and safety and health coordination across all types of buildings. Proficiency in BIM software—particularly Revit—for project modeling and documentation will be highly valued. Additionally, proven experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation using software such as Presto or Arquímedes is essential to ensure accuracy and efficiency in cost management. This position offers a permanent, full-time contract with a competitive gross annual salary ranging from 25\.000€ to 29\.000€, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
