Promotion of comprehensive care for elderly people We are seeking personnel dedicated to caring for dependent individuals to work at our residential center **Lantus Vila Betània (Arenys de Mar)**. Main responsibilities include: * Collaborating with the residential center’s healthcare and multidisciplinary team to ensure residents’ overall well-being. * Providing support and performing residents’ ADLs (hygiene, bathing, hydration, feeding, etc.). * Enhancing elderly care through holistic attention. * Supporting the healthcare team in tasks within their scope of responsibility, such as pressure point care, among others. We offer full-time positions: 40 hours per week (substitution) or 20 hours per week (permanent contract). Free meals provided at the company. Substitution schedule: Long week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 07:30 to 20:00. Short week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 07:30 to 20:00. Permanent schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday: from 07:30 to 11:30. Immediate start. Motivation to work and initiative.
