**Objective**
------------
The Social Educator’s primary mission is to accompany beneficiaries and their minor children throughout their reception and social integration process. The professional is responsible for fostering autonomy, promoting positive coexistence, and facilitating access to key resources and services. Their work focuses on socioeducational intervention, daily support, and coordination with the network of resources to ensure a comprehensive and effective integration pathway.

Main Responsibilities:
* Accompaniment and socioeducational intervention with beneficiaries and minors, promoting personal autonomy and appropriate management of daily life.
* Design, implementation, and monitoring of personalized social integration pathways.
* Planning and delivery of group workshops aimed at developing personal, social, and coexistence skills.
* Conflict mediation and facilitation of community activities, assemblies, and initiatives to improve coexistence.
* Support for work–family reconciliation through leisure and free-time activities with minors.
* Coordination with Social Work professionals regarding the processing and follow-up of benefits, document collection, and accompaniment to services.
* Resource management and coordination:
* Supervision of maintenance, hygiene, and compliance with internal regulations of the facility.
* Management and oversight of program grants and support for budgetary follow-up.
* Coordination with educational centers, community resources, and specialized services.
* Participation in follow-up, coordination, and case management meetings.
* Administrative and logistical support tasks:
* Preparation of socioeducational reports and program documentation.
* Registration and updating of data for case tracking.
* Support in logistical management and in justifying final reports and summaries.
**Profile:**
* Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education — MANDATORY
* 30-hour weekly schedule
* Temporary contract until December 2026
* Experience performing duties of a Social Educator
* Car and valid driver’s license required
* Working hours: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday
* Salary aligned with Group 1 of the Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention
