Under the direction of Chef Álvaro Sanz Clavijo, the restaurant offers an author-driven culinary concept that fuses Mediterranean tradition with contemporary techniques. Your mission will be to prepare assigned dishes under the supervision of the station chef or head chef, ensuring correct technical execution and presentation of dishes according to established quality standards.
