About the Role We are looking for a friendly, customer\-focused **Customer Support / Call Center Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers by phone, email, and chat, helping them resolve questions and issues while providing a professional and positive customer experience. Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies. * Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. * Handle complaints and find appropriate solutions. * Process customer requests and update information in internal systems. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Follow company procedures and quality standards. * Work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Meet individual and team performance targets. Requirements * Previous experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or a similar role is an advantage. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Customer\-oriented attitude and a professional approach. * Ability to remain calm and helpful in stressful situations. * Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Availability to work flexible shifts when required.
