Main responsibilities include: \- Coordinate the assigned kitchen station or section. \- Support, monitor, and implement directives from the Head Chef. \- Prepare dishes for the assigned station and supervise their finishing and presentation. \- Supervise cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen area assigned to the station, ensuring tools and facilities are in perfect condition. \- Coordinate staff under supervision, allocating tasks according to workload; assist in training personnel. \- Participate in inventory control, storage, and preservation of supplies. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS \- Professional culinary education. \- Experience in gastronomic restaurants and catering services. \- Proactivity, dynamism, leadership. \- Willingness to reside abroad. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented.
