This unit manages all actions and processes defined in the Company’s various Operational Instructions, established to guarantee the proper maintenance status and functionality of installations — covering inspection, refurbishment, and/or identification/repair of defects found during annual reviews, incident analysis, and oversight of contractor work (safety, quality, and environmental compliance). This unit maintains up-to-date the Company-defined systems for recording and documenting all regulatory and non-regulatory interventions, as well as managing the annual budget allocated at the beginning of the year; additionally, it carries out comprehensive and/or partial substation refurbishments, as planned and decided by the Company. **What will you be responsible for?** * Manage maintenance, local operation, and exploitation of the grid, complying with legal obligations, substation installations, and automation systems. * Monitor and manage the substation budget assigned to the Area. * Schedule, monitor, and ensure the correct execution and holistic management of works and tasks defined in the Budget and those arising from NNSS, ensuring compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Monitor the proper technical and legal acceptance of constructed installations and those transferred by third parties. * Manage internal resources, contractors, and materials dedicated to grid maintenance works and tasks. * Manage resolution of failures, incidents, and emergency situations in its facilities; report such events to Local Authorities. * Apply and coordinate with other units and public or private entities specific protocols and agreements related to service delivery (Emergency Plans, Special Plans, Contingency Plans). * Coordinate, carry out, and supervise activities inherent to Distribution Grid management within its scope of responsibility, in accordance with current procedures and legislation. * Manage and coordinate a team of specialist technicians under your supervision to perform and oversee activities inherent to Distribution Grid management within your scope of responsibility. * Manage resources, materials, and contractors dedicated to Distribution Grid maintenance works and tasks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards applicable to works and tasks within your management scope. **What is required?** The **essential requirements** to perform this role are: * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. * **Other:** Availability for provincial/community travel, generally round-trip same-day trips with overnight stays at the residential home. * **Competencies:** Change management, complex problem solving, communication, results orientation, customer orientation, and collaboration. **Preferred qualifications include:** * **Knowledge:** Power BI, Salesforce, Data & Analytics, IT System Management and Enterprise Architecture. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency.
