We are currently seeking a **Senior Structural Engineer** to join our team, based at our offices in Madrid or Barcelona. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and calculation of building and industrial structures (concrete, steel, and composite structures). * Development of projects during preliminary design, basic design, and execution design phases. * Technical coordination with MEP, architecture, and civil disciplines. * Review and validation of structural models in a BIM environment. * Preparation of calculation reports, drawings, and technical specifications. * Technical support and supervision of junior engineers and BIM modelers. * Technical liaison with clients, project managers, and other project stakeholders. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or Industrial Engineering (Structures specialization). * Minimum of 7 years’ experience in structural design and calculation. * Proficiency in structural analysis tools and design software. * Experience in projects developed in a BIM environment (Revit). * Technical leadership ability and teamwork skills. * Advanced level of Spanish and technical English. **WE OFFER** * A positive working environment, an ethical and transparent company focused on people * A stable full-time position * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise * Profit-sharing scheme * Flexible compensation plan * Flexible working hours and remote work option (hybrid model) * The opportunity to join an innovative multinational firm, with experts collaborating worldwide
