We operate without franchises or corporate structures — exercising independent judgment, cultivating long-term relationships, and maintaining service standards that set us apart. **The Role** We seek a technical-commercial professional to comprehensively manage a portfolio of individual and small-business clients: quotations, renewals, comparative analyses, and proposals. The selected candidate will work with genuine autonomy and gain immediate, direct access to all brokerage operational activities from day one. **What We Seek** Experience in insurance brokerage, insurance companies, or banking. Knowledge of major insurance lines in the Spanish market. Fluent English — part of our portfolio is international, and English is used daily. Digital agility: we use modern tools and expect candidates to navigate digital environments confidently. Ability to work autonomously and with attention to detail.
