




We are seeking an administrative assistant for an automotive sector company located in the Granyanella area. Responsibilities include direct interaction with the public, document management related to vehicle deliveries and pickups, as well as telephone support and email handling. Other duties inherent to the position will also be performed to ensure smooth administrative operations. Working hours are full-time, totaling 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday. The schedule is split-shift, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * We seek an active, organized, and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Fluency in Catalan and/or Spanish, both spoken and written. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
