Position Objective Ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems through preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, guaranteeing safety, efficiency, and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities. * Address incidents related to electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and general repairs. * Supervise the proper functioning of guest rooms and common areas. * Record and track technical incidents. * Coordinate with external suppliers when necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance regulations. * Support hotel operations and event-related setup needs.
