




Job Summary: We are seeking a process supervisor to manage the entire manufacturing cycle in an automated industrial environment, ensuring efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Rotating shift work: morning, afternoon, night, and weekends In San Adrián, we are looking for a person to supervise and control the production process in an automated, continuous-production industrial environment. The candidate will manage the full manufacturing cycle—from initial stages to finished product—ensuring efficiency and quality. Main responsibilities include supervising soaking, germination, and roasting stages; managing auxiliary facilities such as boilers, wastewater treatment plants, and cold rooms; taking samples at various points; and controlling barley intake and malt dispatch with computerized data recording. The role also involves carrying out daily tasks specified in work orders and executing the industrial cleaning plan using manual, mechanical, and chemical methods. The position operates on rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—including weekends. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification is required, preferably in technical fields. Candidates must be over 18 years of age, hold a Class B driver’s license, and have their own vehicle. A minimum of three years’ verifiable experience in similar roles within industrial environments—specifically in production process supervision and control—is mandatory. Proficiency in using computer equipment, including computers and tablets, is essential. Training in occupational safety and a safety culture in industrial settings, as well as knowledge of food safety, quality, and environmental standards, will be considered advantageous. Full availability for rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—from Monday to Sunday—is required.
