Skilled Bricklayer (First Class)

Job Summary: We are seeking a first-class skilled bricklayer to carry out construction tasks, including interpreting drawings, erecting structures, applying various finishes, and supervising construction teams. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in interpreting construction drawings and setting out. 2. Extensive expertise in wall construction and application of finishes. 3. Supervision of personnel and quality control on site. We are looking for a first-class skilled bricklayer to work in Mas de las Matas (Teruel). Duties include interpreting drawings, performing setting out, erecting walls, partitions, and enclosures, laying bricks, blocks, stone, and prefabricated elements, as well as executing plastering, rendering, skimming, tiling, and flooring. Mortars, plasters, and concrete are also prepared and applied; repairs and maintenance are carried out; and construction tools and machinery are operated. Additionally, laborers and lower-grade skilled workers are supervised; materials and execution quality are controlled; and compliance with safety regulations is ensured. A permanent full-time contract is offered. Candidates must have at least two years’ experience as a skilled bricklayer and hold a valid Category B driving license.
