### **Description** A major multinational industrial group is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Manager in Cuba. The selected professional will be considered an expatriate. Reporting to the Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the company’s procurement and import activities, ensuring efficient supply of goods, services, and resources while meeting quality standards, delivery deadlines, and applicable regulations. They will provide technical and operational support to various departments—particularly Operations—and coordinate suppliers, logistics, and customs procedures. Key responsibilities: * Negotiate and contract with national and international suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and service. * Plan and control international logistics and transportation, ensuring efficiency and adherence to delivery schedules. * Coordinate customs procedures and ensure compliance with import and foreign trade regulations. * Optimize costs, conduct market analysis, and manage inventories and stock movements to guarantee uninterrupted supply. * Develop and update procurement and distribution procedures, ensuring compliance. * Lead and coordinate the international procurement team, fostering their professional development. * Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure effective planning and timely delivery. Requirements: * University degree or higher. * Over 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within industrial environments. * Strong negotiation skills, cost analysis capability, and logistical planning expertise. * Experience managing teams and coordinating across departments. * English proficiency: negotiation level. * Willingness to undertake rotations and travel between Cuba and Spain.
