As a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Senior Systems Engineer** for Systems Engineering and Verification & Validation activities on **Air Defense** projects.
**What will you do?**
You will participate in the full life cycle of air defense systems, collaborating cross-functionally with design, integration, certification, and testing teams. Your main responsibilities will include:
### **1. Systems Engineering**
* Analysis, definition, and **specification of complex systems**.
* Development and management of **requirements**.
* Design and validation of **system architectures**.
* Modeling and documentation using **Enterprise Architect** or similar tools.
* Advanced requirements management using **DOORS**.
### **2. Verification and Validation (V&V)**
* Preparation of test documentation per development phase:
**PDR, CDR, TRR, FDR**.
* Specification of **system and product test requirements**.
* Definition of **verification procedures**, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
### **3. Security and Certification**
* Application of **CCN certification procedures**.
* Alignment with the **National Security Scheme** (ENS).
* Knowledge of **CIS security**.
* (Desirable) Knowledge of **OPSEC**.
### **4. Collaboration with Teams and Stakeholders**
* Coordination with engineering, manufacturing, integration, and suppliers.
* Participation in internal technical reviews and customer reviews.
* Technical support during testing, demonstrations, and deliveries.

### **Minimum Requirements**
* **Minimum 3 years of experience** in Systems Engineering within defense or complex systems domains.
* Experience in:
+ Full Systems Engineering processes.
+ Life cycle of **Air Defense systems**.
+ System analysis and specification.
* Advanced knowledge of:
+ **DOORS**.
+ **Test documentation generation per phase** (PDR/CDR/TRR/FDR).
+ **Test requirement specification** (3–4 years of experience).
* Intermediate-level knowledge of:
+ ENS security.
+ CIS security.
+ System architecture definition (ATM).
* English at a **high level**.

**What does our selection process look like?**
