




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support and User Assistance Technician to serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and to train users on new features. Key Responsibilities: 1. First point of contact and liaison between users and developers 2. Resolution of incidents related to systems, office software, and telephony 3. User training on new tools and features We are recruiting an IT Support and User Assistance Technician for our Lugo office. Main Duties: Act as the first point of contact for company users regarding technical matters and serve as a liaison between users and the development team. \- Resolve incidents related to Windows operating systems, office software, ERP systems, mobile telephony, and printers. \- Implement and supervise the deployment of internal developments. \- Train users on how to use new features and tools developed by the programming department. Requirements: \- Residence in Lugo or surrounding areas. \- Minimum one year of experience in technical user support or training on Windows systems and office software. \- Strong communication and teaching skills when interacting with users, and good teamwork abilities. \- Basic knowledge of PHP programming and IIS or similar environments; ability to analyze basic code (desirable). Preferred Qualifications: \- Prior experience with ERP systems in corporate environments. \- Proactive attitude toward identifying and proposing improvements to internal processes.
