We are seeking a person to perform maintenance tasks in buildings located in Teruel. Responsibilities include minor masonry, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs—particularly those arising from incidents affecting insured properties. The candidate will also assess on-site damage and carry out urgent interventions to minimize losses and ensure safety. Additionally, they will perform corrective maintenance and replace deteriorated components, ensuring proper resolution and closure of each incident. Previous experience in handyman work, electrical installation, masonry, plumbing, or related fields—or relevant training—is required for this position. A valid Class B driver's license is also mandatory. The position offers an indefinite full-time contract, Monday to Friday, with occasional availability required for urgent repair calls. Salary will be discussed during the interview.
