




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide technical logistics support in San Ginés, managing documentation, spare parts, maintenance contracts, and customer interactions for technical service operations. First point of contact for customers and coordination of technical visits An administrative professional is required to provide technical logistics support in San Ginés. The main function will be to ensure seamless technical service operations. This includes handling related documentation, organizing the delivery of spare parts and materials, and serving as the first point of contact for customers. The role also involves administration and control of maintenance contract documentation—both preventive and corrective. The candidate will interact with customers to schedule and improve technicians’ on-site visits. A detailed archive of all technical documentation—including manuals and reports—will be maintained, and databases will be updated with service history and equipment information. Periodic technical activity reports will be generated. Additionally, the candidate will manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring sufficient stock for interventions and overseeing procurement. Stock levels of rental equipment will be monitored, and material movements recorded. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries, scheduling appointments and tracking customer satisfaction. The ability to identify sales opportunities and improve administrative processes will be valued. The employment contract is temporary. Candidates must hold a qualification in Administration, Logistics, or related fields, complemented by prior experience in administrative management—preferably in technical environments or the medical sector. Proficiency in office software—especially Excel and Word—is essential, as is familiarity with management systems such as CRM or ERP. Demonstrated ability to coordinate schedules, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain strong customer orientation—with solid communication skills—is highly desirable. Proactivity, problem-solving capability, and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail are essential for this position.
