Profile: The selected candidate will serve as the reference educator for a specific number of young people, establishing and maintaining supportive relationships with them throughout their personal development journey. Simultaneously, they will design and implement group activities for participants. We seek a team-oriented individual with flexibility. Responsibilities include case follow-up for assigned individuals, planning and implementing various activities tailored to the needs of the participant group, internal coordination with project professionals, and external coordination with educational resources and the social services network. Requirements: * Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / University Degree. * Two years’ experience in intervention with minors / adolescents / families. * Mandatory documented professional experience certified by an employer, covering a minimum of two years working with children and families. If such a certificate verifying two years’ experience as an educator is not provided, the application will not be considered. * Certificate confirming absence of sexual offense convictions.
