As a product-based company with technology at its core, we integrate Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize legal document analysis and process automation, and we are now looking to hire a highly motivated **SELECTION SPECIALIST – HR** to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire personnel selection process—from defining job profiles to onboarding new employees—ensuring hiring decisions align with the company’s strategic needs. Working in a fast-paced environment, interacting directly with employees, and fostering a culture of trust and respect, the selected candidate must demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a genuine desire to support and assist our employees. **Responsibilities:** * Sourcing and selecting personnel. * Conducting interviews with candidates according to company-defined profiles. * Managing documentation required for personnel onboarding. * Onboarding new hires. * Ensuring proper execution of hiring processes. * Maintaining databases. * Providing administrative support to the department. **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * At least 1 year of experience in HR. * Experience in recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proactivity, results orientation, and teamwork. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract / stable position * Full-time, 100% on-site working schedule in Alcobendas. * Competitive salary. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Excellent working environment. * Free gym membership at the company gym.
