For new projects, reporting to the Supplier Development Coordinator, we require a **PURCHASING MANAGER** in Gipuzkoa. **Responsibilities**: * Manage and develop the supply chain, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards. * Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers at local, national, and international levels. * Negotiate supply agreements and financial terms aligned with company objectives. * Conduct supplier visits and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with suppliers. * Manage supplier-related incidents, invoicing, and supply issues. * Participate in cost optimization, profitability, and logistics initiatives. * Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and administration departments to ensure proper project execution. * Interpret technical drawings and understand industrial requirements associated with various technologies. * Analyze technical, economic, and market information to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with internal safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Drive continuous improvement in processes, sustainability, and supplier management. * Maintain fluent and effective communication both internally and externally. **Requirements**: * Preferred education: Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Technical Engineering, or Higher Engineering. * Advanced Master’s in Purchasing Management is a plus. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within an industrial environment. * Experience in negotiation and supplier management. * Ability to interpret technical drawings. * Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Knowledge of welding defectology is a plus. * Proficiency in English, Basque, and Spanish (spoken and written). * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Willingness to travel. **What We Offer?**: * Integration into an established and growing industrial project. * Permanent contract. * Professional development within a dynamic and collaborative environment. * Participation in high-value-added projects. * Continuous training and opportunities for internal growth. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and value added. **Work Location:** * Gipuzkoa.
