If so, Air Liquide wants you to be part of our continued success! **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** As a Sales Representative, focused on the Food and Pharmacy sector, your main responsibilities will include: Develop and Manage a Client Portfolio: * Develop a solid relationship within the account portfolio at all levels through regular contacts and visits. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide specialized technical and commercial advice. * Proactively promote, offer, and inform about new products, services, and applications to add value to customers. * Identify new business opportunities. * Carry out commercial management of our customers/distributors. Deliver the Best Customer Experience and Service Level: * Lead internal coordination to ensure the best customer experience and service level. * Proactively participate in initiatives that ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Profitability and Resource Optimization: * Analyze account profitability and implement actions to improve it. * Identify any opportunity and ensure it is implemented according to allocated resources. Reporting and Analysis: * Ensure optimized use of management/CRM programs and tools (SalesForce, Power BI). * Provide regular reports on the progress of the sales portfolio, new business developments, and all activities related to managed accounts. **Are you a MATCH?** Desired Competencies: * Engineering degree or Bachelor’s in Chemistry * Experience as a salesperson in the industrial sector * Solid understanding of gases used in processes * Strong ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships at all levels with stakeholders (technical, procurement, and management). * Analytical mindset to assess profitability and identify opportunities. * Results-oriented and capable of working independently. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. \#LI\-RO1 Internal communication aimed at employees already hired by the Company, in compliance with the AL AIR LIQUIDE ESPAÑA, S.A., and AIR LIQUIDE IBERICA DE GASES, S.L.U.
