We are looking for * Technical education (Electrical, Electronics, HVAC or similar). * Previous experience in technical support, SAT, or industrial after-sales service. * Knowledge of heat pumps, air-to-water systems, and domestic hot water (desirable). * Proficiency in office tools and management software (ERP / CRM). * Problem-solving individual, organized, and customer-oriented. * Ability to work in a team and manage multiple incidents simultaneously. * Advanced English level (minimum B2-C1).
