SAT Technician

At Climer we continue to grow and are looking to incorporate an SAT Technician with technical skills, customer orientation, and enthusiasm to become part of a constantly evolving team. Your mission Ensure effective and customer-focused technical service through telephone support, comprehensive incident management, and coordination of the external SAT service network, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and proper functioning of Climer equipment. Your main responsibilities will be: * Technical phone support * Receiving calls from customers, installers, or distributors. * Initial diagnosis of product issues (air-to-water heat pumps, accumulators, ALL ONE units, etc.). * Basic technical advice and resolution of operational queries. * Detailed recording of each case in the system (CRM or ERP). * Incident and repair management * Classification of incidents by type, priority, and warranty status. * Coordination with external technical service (local SAT or representative). * Follow-up of each intervention until closure. * Monitoring response times and service quality. * Communication with the customer regarding incident status. * Development and coordination of SAT network * Identification and approval of new technical service partners. * Basic training on Climer products and support procedures. * Supervision of service quality and compliance with SAT protocols. * Updating coverage maps and partnership agreements. * Internal support and continuous improvement * Collaboration with engineering, sales, and after-sales departments. * Identifying recurring issues and proposing product or documentation improvements. * Participation in building a database of incidents and technical FAQs. We are looking for * Technical education (Electrical, Electronics, HVAC or similar). * Previous experience in technical support, SAT, or industrial after-sales service. * Knowledge of heat pumps, air-to-water systems, and domestic hot water (desirable). * Proficiency in office tools and management software (ERP / CRM). * Problem-solving individual, organized, and customer-oriented. * Ability to work in a team and manage multiple incidents simultaneously. * Advanced English level (minimum B2-C1).
