### **Position**
**Position Overview**
The Team Leader, Store Planning is responsible for the day to day management of the Store Planning team and the overall project delivery process across the portfolio of store projects in Japan for the company. * 10\+ years of experience, with at least 5\+ years in a leadership role within store planning in a luxury goods or fashion company, premium real estate or high\-end hospitality. Similar experience at a contractor or developer is also welcome

We are looking for a **shopping center assistant** within the shopping center management team who will primarily be responsible for coordinating the different teams involved in the project:
* Support in controlling compliance with income and expense budgets approved by the property owner
* Preparation of reports
* Budget monitoring
* Support in the comprehensive management of the shopping center's buildings and common services, as well as necessary actions for optimal property preservation
* Coordination with maintenance, technical, security and cleaning teams
* Supervision of contracted service providers
* Tenant follow-up and support
* Commercialization of common areas and generation of additional revenue
* Support in the development and implementation of the shopping center's annual marketing plan
* Supervision of RRI compliance
* Reporting and performance analysis
* Support in commercial activities
* Supervision of private works in units and common areas, ensuring compliance with established regulations.
Candidates must have a degree in Business Administration, Law or Tourism.
Professional experience will be valued.
The position is located at a shopping center in Écija (Seville). On-site position.
Working hours: 09.00 to 14.00 and 16.00 to 19.00
Maternity cover contract

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising technical installation projects within industrial and building environments
**Accountabilities**
* Accountability to the Head of projects.
* Generate project opportunities by building strong effective working relationships with our customers and site teams.
* Full P \& L responsibility
* Have full accountability and responsibility for the safe management and delivery of project works in line with business processes and procedures working alongside contract teams and client to generate pipeline sales and opportunities.
**Training**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
* Proven experience (5\+ years) in Project Management within technical installations or industrial building projects.
* Strong knowledge of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, utilities).
* Experience coordinating multiple contractors and managing complex project interfaces.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
* Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
* Fluent in English (C1 desirable).
* PMP® or Prince2® certification desirable.
**Experience**
* Proven project management experience in either an M\&E, FM, construction or critical environment
* Proven experience of running a P\&L
* Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
* Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals
