Administrative-Financial Manager

Our continuous growth has led us to manage multiple projects across Spain, and we are seeking a key person to help us maintain financial and administrative control of the company, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our operations. **Your mission** You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all administrative, accounting, and financial management at Win, ensuring smooth internal operations, control of financial flows, and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and external advisors. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and highly trustworthy individual, capable of working independently while effectively communicating with management and various departments. **Your main responsibilities** Supervise the company's general and analytical accounting in coordination with external advisors. Manage invoicing, collection and payment controls, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting. Prepare periodic financial reports (monitoring income, expenses, margins, and project profitability). Follow up on overdue invoices and maintain smooth relationships with clients and suppliers. Coordinate documentation required for tax filings and accounting closures. Participate in budget planning and optimization of administrative processes. Support management in financial decision-making and improvement of internal controls. **Requirements** Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, administrative, or financial management roles (preferably within SMEs). Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial control. Advanced proficiency in Excel and management tools (ERP or CRM). Proactive, discreet, analytical profile with strong organizational skills. **We value positively** Prior experience in technology environments or B2B service companies.
