This position plays a key role in daily operations, ensuring system availability, user support, and proper management of local infrastructure within a production context where service stability is critical. The selected candidate will be responsible for **second-level support**, basic Windows systems administration, user and device management in Microsoft environments, as well as incident resolution on the plant floor, coordinating with other technical teams when necessary.
